Targeting and Tackling anti-social behaviour within our town and communities. Issued 22 January 2026	Anti-social behaviour has been identified as a concern for our communities We will aim to target and reduce ASB within our communities through: Being visible at identified hot spot locations and arranging meet the street and joint visits with partner agencies to identify and resolve issues in these areas. NPPT officers will take positive action with any persons identified or deemed to be involved with ASB by utilising our ASB Power Tools such as: 'ASB Warning Letters' Actioned 20 April 2026
To tackle road safety issues and concerns in the Llanelli rural area. Issued 22 January 2026	Our communities have identified road safety as a concern and this will form part of our priorities. To address and target this NPPT officers will conduct speed awareness operations in partnership with the Roads Policing Unit and the Local Authority. We will also look to target those driving in an anti social manner within our communities. Hot spot areas such as car parks or areas that are frequented by these road users will form part of the monthly patrol plans Actioned 20 April 2026
Target drug dealing and trafficking in the Llanelli Rural area Issued 22 January 2026	The Llanelli rural residents have listed drug dealing and drug activity as a main concern within their survey's. To identify, address and target these offences we will: Actively gather intelligence in relation to any drug activity through engagement days within the communities at "Hub days" in areas to maximise community interaction with our NPPT officers. Officers will publicise their attendance online through Connects and social media to conduct various "Meet the team" days in identified areas of the local community where people can engage and discuss issues and pass information they feel relevant to target these offences. Any intelligence gathered will be collated and analysed and considered for relevant action Actioned 20 April 2026
